1. Overview
LuminaFace.ai charges $9.00 for a one-time AI headshot generation. There is no subscription. This Refund Policy explains when Impossible Labs AI LLC will issue refunds and how to request one.
2. Automatic refunds for technical failures
If your paid generation fails because of a technical error in our system and we cannot deliver usable results, we will issue a refund through Stripe. Examples include payment success followed by a generation failure, a delivery failure that cannot be corrected, or a processing error that prevents output from being created.
3. AI output quality
AI-generated images are inherently variable. Because each generation uses paid compute and third-party processing, subjective dissatisfaction with style, likeness, pose, expression, or aesthetic preference is generally not refundable once the generation has completed. That said, we want customers to feel treated fairly. If your results are clearly unusable or something went wrong, contact us and we will review the situation case by case.
4. Refund request window
To request a refund, email hello@mzo.tv within 7 days of purchase. Include the email address used for the order, the approximate purchase time, and a short description of what happened. Because uploaded and generated images are deleted after 24 hours, we may have limited ability to inspect image-specific issues after that window.
5. When refunds are not available
Refunds may be denied when:
- The generation completed and the request is based only on subjective preference.
- The uploaded image was low quality, obscured, misleading, or unsuitable for the requested style.
- The order violated our Terms of Service or acceptable use rules.
- The request appears fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, or made after the 7-day request window.
- You used the service to impersonate another person or uploaded images without proper rights.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not control bank processing times after the refund is submitted.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact us before filing a payment dispute. We can often resolve a failed generation, delivery issue, or refund request faster by email. We reserve the right to provide order records, delivery logs, and policy information to Stripe or financial institutions when responding to disputes.
