Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LuminaFace.ai, an AI professional headshot generation service operated by Impossible Labs AI LLC, a California limited liability company ("Impossible Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By using LuminaFace.ai, uploading images, or purchasing a generation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

LuminaFace.ai lets users upload one or more selfies or portrait images, select a visual style, and receive AI-generated professional headshots by email. The service uses automated image generation, post-processing, temporary cloud storage, and email delivery. No account is required to place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use LuminaFace.ai. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

You retain your rights in the images you upload. You grant Impossible Labs a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, transform, and display your uploaded images and resulting outputs solely as needed to operate LuminaFace.ai, generate your headshots, deliver them to you, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and comply with law. This license ends when the relevant data is deleted, except for records we must retain for legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes.

You agree that you will not use LuminaFace.ai to:

• Upload photos of people unless you have the rights and permissions needed to do so.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or create deceptive identity materials.
• Upload illegal, exploitative, abusive, harassing, hateful, pornographic, or non-consensual content.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, payment controls, or technical restrictions.
• Use the service for fraud, spam, employment deception, credential falsification, or unlawful activity.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its providers.

LuminaFace.ai uses AI models and automated processing. Results may vary between generations, and we do not guarantee an exact likeness, a specific pose, a specific facial expression, a particular level of realism, or suitability for any particular purpose. AI systems may occasionally introduce errors, artifacts, or inaccurate visual details. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them publicly or commercially.

LuminaFace.ai charges $9.00 per generation as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe, and you agree to provide accurate payment information. We may refuse, cancel, or refund orders that appear fraudulent, violate these Terms, or cannot be completed due to a technical issue. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

As between you and Impossible Labs, you own the AI-generated headshots created from your lawful uploads, subject to these Terms and any rights held by third parties. You may use your outputs for personal, portfolio, casting, professional profile, dating profile, and commercial self-promotional purposes. We retain all rights in LuminaFace.ai, including the software, design, workflows, prompts, brand names, trademarks, and other service materials.

LuminaFace.ai relies on third-party providers, including Stripe for payment processing, OpenAI for AI image generation, AWS for storage and database infrastructure, and Resend for email delivery. Their services may be subject to their own terms, policies, and availability. We are not responsible for outages or failures outside our reasonable control.

We may suspend, block, cancel, or terminate access to LuminaFace.ai if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or providers, attempted fraud, or used the service unlawfully. We may also remove content, refuse processing, or preserve limited records when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or dispute handling.

LuminaFace.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impossible Labs AI LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, reputational harm, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to LuminaFace.ai will not exceed the amount you paid for the generation giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Impossible Labs AI LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your uploads, your outputs, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement or violation of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be handled in courts located in California, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above shows when the latest version became effective. Continued use of LuminaFace.ai after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
